How to Contact the Carmenta Support Team
To request support, send an e-mail to support@carmenta.com.
Please provide the following information in your support requests:
- The Carmenta product and version you are using
- Your license ID (shown in the License Key Manager on the Start Menu)
- Your company (and project, if applicable)
You will receive an automatic confirmation email with a case number. Reply to this email in correspondence relating to the same case.
Attachments should not be larger than 2 MB. If you would like to send us larger attachments you are welcome to use our FTP area. Ask for this in your e-mail and we will help you.
