How to Contact the Carmenta Support Team
To request support, send an e-mail to support@carmenta.com.
Please provide the following information in your support requests:
The Carmenta product and version you are using
Your license ID (shown in the License Key Manager on the Start Menu)
Your company (and project, if applicable)
You will receive an automatic confirmation email with a case number. Reply to this email in correspondence relating to the same case.
Attachments should not be larger than 2 MB. If you would like to send us larger attachments you are welcome to use our FTP area. Ask for this in your e-mail and we will help you.
