Removes the registration of an S-63 exchange set from the S-63 database.Syntax

Remarks
Note that if you remove exchange sets containing ENC cells that are still in use, you may leave the database in a state where some ENC cells are missing base or update versions, causing the S57DataSet to display data that is out of date, or no data at all.
