A scale factor, by which all projected coordinates will be multiplied.

Remarks
This factor is often 1 or slightly less than 1. For the Rosenmund projection used in Switzerland, the scale factor should be 1. For the Rosenmund projection used in Hungary, the scale factor should be 0.99993.
