The Stockholm prime meridian is used in the old geodetic datum "Stockholm 1938 (Stockholm)", also known as "RT38 (Stockholm)", with EPSG code 6814. A Greenwich-based version of this datum exists, "Stockholm 1938", also known as "RT38", with EPSG code 6308.
Only Greenwich is used for the more modern Swedish datum, "Rikets koordinatsystem 1990", also known as "RT90", with EPSG code 6124.
