PrimeMeridian.FerroAlbrecht Property
Gets a predefined prime meridian for Ferro, using Theodor Albrecht's value for the longitude from Greenwich.

Remarks
The longitude from Greenwich is 17° 39' 46.02" W.
The EPSG database does not contain Ferro Albrecht as a prime meridian, although it is used implicitly by EPSG in the datum shift (with EPSG code 3913) between the datums MGI (Ferro) and MGI 1901 in former Yugoslavia.
The Ferro Albrecht prime meridian is used in former Yugoslavia. It was also used in Hungary in the first decades of the 20th century. Later, Hungary began using a modified value of 17° 39' 45.975" W; the difference is slightly more than one meter.
The difference between FerroAlbrecht and FerroRounded is about 300 meters in central European latitudes.
