| CM93 | The CM93 module contains datasets for reading C-Map databases, both in raster and vector formats. |
| Controls | The Controls module contains several MapControl implementations for different GUI frameworks. |
| Core | The main Carmenta Engine module that contains fundamental classes and base classes that define commonly used value and reference data types. |
| CustomObjects | The CustomObjects module provides functionality for extending Carmenta Engine with user-written operators, datasets and more. |
| DataSets | The DataSets module contains most of the Carmenta Engine datasets. |
| DwgDxf | The DwgDxf module provides functionality for reading CAD databases in the standard file formats DWG and DXF, as used by AutoCAD. |
| Ecw | The Ecw module provides functionality for reading ECW and JPEG 2000 files. |
| Forms | The Forms module contains the Windows Forms MapControl. |
| Maui | The Maui module contains the MAUI MapControl. |
